Wanted to share my favorite tips for spring cleaning your body and your mind:

  • Burn palo santo, a powerful method of cleaning the energy body
  • Try “box breathing,” Inhale for 4, hold breath for 4, exhale for 4, hold breath for 4, do this 4 times total to reset your nervous system
  • Get out into nature and allow the morning sun into your eyes for a few minutes, this will help set your circadian rhythm
