Gifting you an easy Sunday meditation to set the intention for this new year. I don’t believe in resolutions, I believe in setting a clear intention and letting that be the guiding theme. You can also write down the theme of the new year on a few sticky notes. Place the sticky notes on your bathroom mirror, rearview mirror, and anywhere that will remind you of your clear intention.
