TIPS FOR THE LATE SUMMER

I wanted to share tips for summer skin care by Dr. Natiya Guin as originally seen in LA YOGA magazine:

  • Induce sweating for healthy skin within
  • Touch your skin with nourishing oils and creams
  • Do your cardio to sweat which helps with hydration of your skin and eliminates built-up toxins
