Video record yourself asking and answering the following three questions:

  • Am I happy?
  • What is no longer serving me?
  • What areas of my life light me up, how can I expand those?

Now go back and watch the video. Do not censor or edit your answers. Really listen and learn from self-study, what the yogis call svadhyaya. Understanding where we are beginning from allows us to set clear intentions towards the path that we would like to forge.
