Huge thanks to everyone that made this dream happen! My dream has always been to share the message of health and wellness in English y Español! Today I conquered my fears of speaking Spanish on TV for an entire segment. I’m Mexican American and I learned Spanish as an adult. Once in a while I conjugate a verb wrong, but my amazing teachers Patsy and José taught me to speak slowly, clearly, and from my heart.
