Happy Spring! Spring is the season of renewal and new life after the winter. I am thrilled to share lots of new resources and some exciting news with you, as well as tips for spring cleaning your bodymind.

FERTILITY
I’m excited to share a very special offering with love for those on the fertility journey. My dear friend and amazing doula, Lori Bregman has started a new Mama Portal with fantastic offerings for moms and moms-to-be. It was her beautiful idea to offer a yoga class for those on the fertility journey, and it was my joy to teach “Calling in Your Baby,” as well as a sweet practice for pregnant Moms with lower back tenderness on her new portal.

PREGNANCY

TIPS FOR SPRING CLEANING YOUR BODYMIND
Spring cleaning your body and mind involves focusing on four key areas: nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and decluttering.
|
|
|
|
- Start by adjusting your diet to include more fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains while cutting back on processed foods and sugary snacks.
- Engage in regular outdoor activities like walking or cycling to take advantage of the warmer weather and incorporate strength training exercises for overall fitness.
- Practice mindfulness through daily meditation or deep breathing exercises like box breathing, and find time for activities that bring you joy and relaxation, such as reading or listening to music.
- Finally, declutter your living space by organizing and letting go of items you no longer need, creating a serene environment that promotes calmness and clarity for the season ahead.

TRAVEL WITH ME

New retreat dates will be announced later this month. If you have never been on a women’s yoga retreat, it is a very sweet time for self-care, new friendships, and a deep feeling of reconnection. My next retreat will be with one of my best friends, Dr. Natiya Guin, and the new location will be announced next week. Hint: it is absolutely magical.
