I love this DVD! It is the first yoga video I've found (prenatal or otherwise) that is actually calming. Somehow Desi is able to guide you through the moves without being a distraction which seems to be the biggest challenge with a yoga DVD since every other one I've purchased has been the opposite. This is a major perk in addition to being a great workout. Thank you, Desi!
