Desi holds her degree in Kinesiology (the study of movement), and her master’s degree in Corporate Fitness. Additionally she is a certified group fitness instructor and holds certifications in group exercise, Spinning and Pre & Post Natal Fitness. Desi also educates other trainers and offers continuing education programs through the National Council of Certified personal Trainers. She has worked with Hollywood A listers, professional athletes and many other people including the United States Navy. She enjoys helping people feel inspired and motivated to claim their physical strength and discover the joy of movement.
